Below is a list of technical support options designed to meet your needs.

EKM Support provides free self-service support for EKM’s products. EKM’s support allows individual users to resolve technical problems online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through the use of Product updates and the EKM Support Knowledge Base, which contains technical notes, a Library containing User Guides and Technical documents. There is also an active EKM User Community that provides an online forum for tips, advice and information sharing.

Team Support Options
EKM provides phone-based support for the registered contact individual on your team for EKM Electronic Lab Notebook based products.

Direct Support Options
Individuals can directly interact with EKM’s Technical Support online by completing the Problem Report Form below. Direct support is only available for registered copies of EKM Electronic Lab Notebook Products at a rate of $19.95 per incident.
